
I am a licensed, board certified Psychiatrist. I completed my residency training at Loyola Stritch University School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois in 1975 and was board certified in 1976. I began private practice in St. Charles, Illinois in June of 1975 and practiced at that location until October 2003 at which time I relocated to the Seattle area. In Illinois I was on the senior attending staffs of Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, Illinois and Provena Mercy Hospital in Aurora, Illinois. From August of 1998 through October 2003 I was the clinical director of Behavioral Health Services at Central DuPage Hospital and responsible for an 18 bed unit, an inpatient/outpatient chemical dependency program and the partial hospital day program. I was also the clinical advisor to the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance at Central DuPage Hospital. I have been on the staff of Overlake Hospital Medical Center since November 2003 and have been the psychiatric director and consultant to the Overlake Partial Day Hospital Program since January 2004. I am also on the consulting staff at Swedish Providence Hospital in Seattle since November 2003. I am licensed in the states of Washington and Illinois.

Requests for prescription refills will be taken between 8:00 am Monday and 5:00 pm Friday. Please be aware of the amount of medication you have on hand so that you don’t run out over the weekend or a holiday.
Patient records are confidential and may only be released with written permission of the patient or legal guardian in the case of minors or upon appropriate court order in rare instances. |
